I opened up my ADKAR Blueprint for an Impacted Group and I see activities in there already? Where did they come from? The ADKAR Blueprint (Group) provides an additional level of scaling – allowing the practitioner to capture activities that are specific to that impacted group to help them move through their ADKAR journey. From there you can assign an ADKAR outcome and the activity will then show on the Blueprints. If no outcome is indicated, the activity will transfer to the table. In the activity content panel, the needs to be selected when creating an activity. If you added an activity to the ADKAR Blueprint using the button at the top and it's not showing on the table, check the section to see if the activity is shows on that table. I added a new activity on the ADKAR Blueprint, but it's not showing in the table. From there you can update the activities to the correct Plan. You will see those activities available in the section of the Plan. Once you add activities to the ADKAR Blueprint, you can navigate the Core or Extend Plans page. By design, plans are kept separate from the ADKAR Blueprint. The ADKAR Blueprint is intended to be a ‘guide’ and a starting point – a simple view of tactics (Activities, Roles, Timelines) as a backbone. Why can't I assign activities directly from my Blueprint to Core or Extend Plans? The activity will show on the ADKAR Blueprint (Group) table, but will be removed from the ADKAR Blueprint (Overall) table. If you create an activity on the overall blueprint and then assign to a specific Impacted Group, it will remove the activity from the ADKAR Blueprint (Overall) as it is no longer an activity that applies to all groups. The ADKAR Blueprint (Overall) consists of activities that apply to ALL impacted groups. I'm on the ADKAR Blueprint (Overall) and when I change the data in the Impacted Group column it seems to not save or delete the activity. Therefore, these activities also show up on the ADKAR Blueprint (by Group). Meaning, all impacted groups participate in this activity in some way. When I add an activity to the ADKAR Blueprint(s), where else does it show up?Īctivities created in the ADKAR Blueprint (Overall) will also show on the AKDAR Blueprint (Group) page and as at the bottom of the Core and Extend Plan pages.Īctivities for the ADKAR Blueprint (Overall) are activities that apply to all Impacted Groups. Activities captured in this section are activities that relate to all impacted groups and is used for as an ‘organizational’ canvas of activities that target everyone. The ADKAR Blueprint (Overall) provides a ‘foundational’ start to capturing key activities to support impacted groups through their ADKAR journey.
